We do not collect payment information, phone numbers, or any other personal data through this website.

We collect your name and email address solely to send you the Chloe’s Cruise Club newsletter, which contains hand-picked cruise deals and related content.
Our legal basis for processing your data is consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR). You give this consent by ticking the opt-in box on our sign-up form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing or by contacting us directly.
How we store and process your data
Your data is stored securely with Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email marketing platform. Kit is based in the United States and participates in data transfer mechanisms that comply with UK data protection law.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your data is deleted from our active list. You can request complete deletion at any time via our contact page.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
